First, he was asked about girlfriend Mezhgan Hussainy and told Jay Leno that he’ll marry her “within the next ten years. This prompted the unfunny host to actually invite Hussainy onto the stage with her man.

She squeezed in close to Simon and laughed when he said:

Walsh has said “I’ve know her for ages, they’ve been friends for ages, she’s a gorgeous girl. I like all his girlfriends,”

Walsh said about the relationship “I know the real person and he’s really a good man, whoever gets him is going to be lucky.”

Julie told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “I’m very excited about the wedding and I’d love him to get married at St. Margaret’s. But it’s up to him and Mazghan.

Elton was a guest judge during season three of American Idol and when TMZ tried to contact Eltons spokesperson all they told him was that he was on holiday.

But a TMZ spy on American Idol has said that word on the set is that it will be Elton that takes over.

As they say if it ain’t broke then don’t try and fix it , and the X Factor has proved to be a big success for Cowell in the UK so there is no reason to think that it will not be as big in the US.

Cowell has said that the X Factor show will join TV station Fox’ s line up next year and he will be on it.

Cowell’s decision to leave will be the biggest test to American Idol which is America’s most popular TV programme.

But Cowell has long been seen as the big star of the show thanks to his cutting commentary.

Cowell said: “I was offered a lot of money to stay on. But that wasn’t the reason behind it. I wanted to do something different. I wanted a new challenge.”

Peter Price ,who is chairman of Fox, would not comment on possible replacements for Cowell. “We have to take our time on that,” he said

“We have to make sure the chemistry of the judges is as good as it can be,”

Cowell said he did not want to leave American Idol at a time when it was flagging in the ratings. “You want to leave on a high,” he said. “I’m very proud of what the show has achieved.”

DeGeneres said

“If Simon goes, I go!”

“I will not be there without Simon.”

That’s right it seems that Jay-Z is a huge fan of the TV show so much so that Jay-Z has put a ‘shout out ‘ to Simon Cowell offering his expertise.

As if that wasn’t enough it seems that Jay-Z is also a fan of judge Cheryl Cole and he wants to manage her alongside Beyonce and help her to break into the states.

“The US market is the toughest one to break into, but once you do it is by far the most lucrative.”

After just one week at the top it seems that according to the midweek charts Lady GaGa is set to knock him of the top spot with her single Bad Romance.

Well what ever happens from here at least we know that McElderry did have a number one and he has had quite the beginning to his showbiz career.

‘He sees me as an older, mini version of him! But I’ve never had Botox.’

Walsh says that his dressing room is empty whereas all the other judges rooms are full of high heels and make up, including Simon Cowells.

‘There’s nothing in my dressing room, but the other judges’ are full of make-up and high heels,’

‘That includes Simon’s!’

I suspect that Walsh was only joking about this , but it does make you wonder what is so important to the stars that they have to have it in their dressing rooms .

But it seems that ITV or the shows judges weren’t prepared for just how outrageous the demands would be.

The singer insisted that she needed to have fluffy lambs and hundreds and butterflies floating around the stage as she performs her hit song Bad Romance.

But it seems that once talk of having zoo keepers started Simon Cowell said enough is enough.

Now it is said that the animals that Lady GaGa wanted will be replaced with male dancers .

A source for the X Factor shows has said

“Simon wanted her on the show because he knows she will put 110 per cent into the performance. ”

“She has never done anything mediocre since she hit the charts.”

“She is always way out there with her costumes and dance routines. But not even he was prepared for what she had in mind.”

“He thought the animals request was a joke but then realised it was Lady GaGa.”

“Simon is an animal lover and wasn’t against having the lambs running around, but he said no because of health and safety.”

“After the MTV awards GaGa knew that getting animals on stage was a long shot but she was just pushing her luck.”

“She had other ideas and she’s thrilled with what the X Factor team has gone with.”

“People are still going to be stunned.”

This is after calls for the leaders to have a live televised debate in the run up to the next election

Cowell said in an interview with GQ magazine that there should be music and spotlights during the debate to make it more fun.

Presently Cowell is forging an entertainment empire with Sir Philip Green who is the retail boss for Arcadia.

GQ asked Cowell if the partnership would entertain the idea of doing a debate between the party leaders Cowell said

“I wouldn’t mind doing it. Like the presidential debates in America. I’d like to produce that here. I would! Just for the hell of it! Make it a bit more fun. Like we have on The X Factor. Down the steps, and some music and loads of spotlights.”

When asked about future projects Cowell said

“I never talk about them in advance, for obvious reasons. But there are a couple of things coming up. One of them non-music related that probably excites me more than anything I’ve ever done.”

Green did speak about plans to take X Factor to Las Vegas saying

“The plan is to take it to Vegas,” Sir Philip said, later adding: “We’ll have a store. And it’ll be online. You have 20, 30, 40 million people tuning in twice a week. You bring two or three hundred million viewers to a venue – off we go! It’s taking it up a peg. The rest of the world is Part Two.”

I do think that seeing Brown and Cameron doing X Factor might boost voters’ interest.

Adedeji was up against Lloyd Daniels in the sing off which made a third sing off for Adedeji.

The judges were tied with Dannii Minogue and Louis Walsh voting to keep Adedeji while Cheryl Cole and Simon Cowell voted to save Lloyd so it was left down to the viewers voting to decide the survivor.

After being told that she would have to leave Adedeji started crying and said “Thank you to everyone who has supported me,”

“It’s been amazing and I got to meet so many lovely people and work with great judges.”

Simon Cowell was the mastermind behind the likes of Il Divo and Leona Lewis.

Cole has said that she wants to start her own record label.

Cole has said

“I’d love to have my own label in the future. I’d love to be on that side of it, I love hearing new artists, I love choosing songs and developing acts. So that’s something I’ve got planned.”

Cole has also thought of taking the X Factor type show to different countries as she believes that there is talent in all countries.

“If I was asked to go to Zimbabwe I would. I’m sure there’s a lot of talent there.”

This was Walsh’s first show back since the death of Stephen Gately.

Cowell changed Jamie Archer’s song just 24 hours before the show claiming that the first song didn’t work.

The first song was Elvis’s If I Can Dream changed For U2’s Angel Of Harlem.

Cowell and Archer reportedly had a big argument over the song change during which Archer is said to of accused Cowell for wrecking it for him.

Walsh claimed that it was not fair on the other contestants.

Speaking to Archer, Walsh said

“I’m a bit confused because the theme is big band but you came out and sang a U2 song.

“I know your mentor changed your song but I feel it’s cheating everyone else. I wouldn’t get away with this and neither would the girls – I don’t know why you do.”

Whatever the reason Cowell was clearly happy with Cole’s performance.

Cole sang her first solo hit “Fight For This Love” which brought all the judges to their feet with Cowell commenting “This is really going to pain me, but that was incredible. I’d take you in my category any day.”

After the high energy performance Cole told the shows host Dermot O’Leary “I feel fantastic. I’ve really enjoyed myself. It took me right back to the days of Pop Stars: the Rivals”

Cole added: “I’d like to thank everyone so much for all the support and making me so welcome.”

Cowell says that the other acts need to raise their game.

You could be mistaken for thinking that Daniels was in Cowell’s group but surprisingly he isn’t .

Daniels is in Cheryl Cole’s group.

Cowell has said: “Lloyd could be the dark horse but he needs to build more confidence.”

Cowell also backed Lucie Jones and Jamie Archer .

The viewers had the deciding vote on Saturday’s show as the judges were undecided in the first round of voting with Louis Walsh and Simon Cowell supporting Kandy Rain while Dannii Minogue and Cheryl Cole supported Adedeji.

Walsh was unable to attend last night’s show due to the sudden death of Boyzone singer Stephen Gately who Walsh managed and was “incredibly close to.” So his vote was cast in his absence in favour of the girl group that he had mentored for the last two weeks.

As the results were read out Cowell said that he was surprised that Adedeji was in the bottom two but added that he didn’t think that Kandy Rain had been given “a fair crack” so far in the competition.

During Saturday night’s show Cole and Cowell disagreed about the girls with Cole claiming that if the group had wanted to get away from their past as pole dancers that they would have worn more clothes and focused on the singing.

Cowell replied to this that Cole herself had performed “practically half-naked in the past” and then went on to tell the girl group

“You’re fun, you’re trying to make it in the music business. Good luck to you.”

Kandy Rain performed Christina Aguilera’s Stronger while Adedeji sang Pink’s Nobody Knows.

After the girls lost the vote they told the shows host Dermot O’Leary that they could of done it better and they had enjoyed the experience.

Danyl Johnson changed the lyrics to the song he sang.

The song was ordinary sang by a female about a man, so Danyl changed a line of the song so he was singing about a woman not a man.

But when it was her turn to speak on the live show Minogue said

“If you’re to believe everything you read in the papers, then you didn’t need to change the gender references in the song.”

But on X Factor this evening Sunday 11th October Minogue has said

“I want to clear up exactly what happened on last night’s X Factor show and post my sincere apologies to anyone who took offence, I made a comment about Danyl changing the lyrics of his song.”

“It was meant to be a humorous moment about the fact he had an opportunity to have fun with his song. An openly bi-sexual guy singing a song that is lyrically a ‘girls’ song’. Danyl and I were joking about the very same thing in rehearsals on Friday, so it carried on to the show. I’d like to apologise to anyone that was offended by my comments, it was never my intention.”

“I spoke to Danyl straight after the show last night and he wasn’t offended or upset by my comments, and knew exactly what I was saying. I understand X Factor fans do not want the judges to get personal with judging comments. During the course of the show all the judges become close to the contestants and this is because we adore them and care about them.”

Surprisingly Cowell was quick to support Johnson on last night show by saying

“You can forget playing any of those games with him. I’m not having that. This guy sang his heart out. Give him some credit.”

Cowell went on to tell Johnson to forget Minogue’s words claiming

” It was one of the best performances I’ve ever heard in my life”, he said.

Johnson song And I Am Telling You I’m Not Going from the musical Dreamgirls in the song is a line that says ‘You’re the best man I’ll ever know’ after his performance Dannii questioned why he changed the line embarrassing him in front of the audience asking

‘But yeah, I’ll admit that I have dated men.’

Well I can’t say I agree with Dannii but seeing Cowell shocked has to be entertainment.

It has been reported that Hasselhoff hit his doctor at the hotel in London he was staying in after returning there from the party.

The reports have come from the New York Post and The Sun newspaper.

The doctor it appears was mistaken for Hasselhoff’s assistant.

It was the assistant that had called the doctor and it seems that Hasselhoff was not impressed about it

“David was furious and lashed out at him—but he mistakenly hit the doctor.”

“David is very hard to handle when he drinks, often very emotional and aggressive. On this occasion he…was becoming a real pain to the staff.”

It was reported that Hasselhoff had to be locked in the basement of the hotel until an ambulance could take him to the hospital where Hasselhoff had to spend two nights before leaving.

Maybe someone needs to re think the drink.

Cole jumped onto the stage and held the hand of Aimee Buck after Buck was given a second chance to sing for the panel.

Simon Cowell was unimpressed by the 22 year olds first song Alicia Keys’s Fallin’ and interrupted with unkind words.

“I’ve heard enough. I think you’ve got a good voice, you’re very well prepared, you look fantastic. But I don’t think your voice is good enough, darling.”

Cowells comments made Buck cry and she begged for a second chance, the audience and the panel all agreed for her to have the second chance and she then started sing I’ll Stand By You.

But Buck soon lets her nervous get the better of her and starts making hard work of the song.

Cole quickly jumps onto the stage, holds Buck’s hand and started singing with her.

At the end of the song Cole praised Buck commenting

“Well done, babe.”

Aimee Buck has said.

“Someone who inspires me is Cheryl Cole because we’ve both come from Newcastle, both from working backgrounds. Look at her now – she’s a superstar. I hope I can follow in her footsteps.”

Perry did call him honest though saying “As much as he’s an a**hole he’s a very truthful, honest a**hole.”

But surprisingly her swearing about him has not made him dislike her, in fact quite the opposite he now respects her for having the guts to voice her opinion.

He was heard saying “She’s definitely got her own opinion. She’s a feisty solo artist and I like that.”

With the auditions about to begin for a new show, Perry clearly felt that now was the time to voice her feelings about the guy who created the TV show .

Not sure if you will be getting a call back for this show though Perry, or then again you know what they say about love and hate being closely connected.
