During an interview with U.S. chat show host Jay Leno, Gaga failed to dismiss the criticisms, but insisted the Material Girl has no issue with her song – and so neither should anybody else.

She said, “There is really no one that is a more adoring and loving Madonna fan than me. I am the hugest fan personally and professionally.
“Well, the good news is that I got an email from her people and her, sending me their love and complete support on behalf of the single and if the queen says it shall be, then it shall be,” she added. (ANI)

Madonna, 52, is said to have guaranteed them regular contact with Mercy James, 5, after she adopted the tot from an orphanage in June 2009.

But they have not seen her since, even though Madonna has made two return visits to Malawi with the little girl.

Now they have enlisted the help of the country’s leading civil rights group CILIC to prepare a legal case.

The child, whose 16-year-old mother died five days after giving birth, was raised by her grandmother and uncles, but placed in the care of the Kondanani Children’s Village when they could no longer look after her.

“Mercy’s family have met me several times over the past year and they have been very upset,” the Daily Mail quoted Emmie Chanika, director of CILIC, as saying.

“They have a strong recollection of being told that they would be able to see Mercy and have regular contact with her – and that when she is an adult she will return to live with them in Malawi.

“I believe they have a case in law because there appears to have been a verbal contract between them and Madonna’s representatives.

“I have already consulted a lawyer on their behalf. Obviously there could be problems as there is no written agreement, but the lawyer is looking into it.

“I am preparing a letter which will appeal to Madonna’s lawyer Alan Chinula to intervene on the family’s behalf and ask Madonna to kindly let Mercy meet her family.

“None of us desires an embarrassing and expensive court case which could humiliate or inconvenience Madonna. The best outcome would be a proper agreement to let Mercy meet her family on a regular basis,” Chanika added. (ANI)

The lawsuit filed by Karen George who has been forced to move from the building because of the noise states

“Madonna and one or more of her invited guests repeatedly dance and/or train in apartment 7A to unreasonable high decibel amplified music, causing noise and vibration to pour through the walls,”

The noise was put down to Madonna doing rehearsals which begs the question why the hell did she not have the decency to rent a studio and be more considerate to her neighbors.

There has been no comment from Madonna herself who is not being sued

Coyle who is from Belfast wants Madonna’s PR team to work with her so that she can become Ireland’s Madonna.

Coyle wants to make it big in the UK charts and also in the US and feels that the PR team that Madonna uses is the best out there to help her do that.

Coyle has been in the US recently recording her first solo album.

A friend of Coyle’s has said to The Mirror

“Unlike the other girls, she wants to keep her solo career separate from what she does with Girls Aloud.

“She has been slogging it out in the studio trying to perfect the tracks for her album. Nadine is very ambitious, has a great voice and many contacts in LA.

“She approached Madonna’s PR Barbara Charone to take her on to lay down the groundwork for when she is ready to launch her album early next year.

“If what she has done already is anything to go by she will definitely be huge.”

The director spoke of his ex wife in an interview for the November issue of the magazine and praised Madonna.

He claims that he still loves her even if she is a little weird.

“She’s a manifester, if there ever was one. First-rate manifester. Madonna makes things happen. Put Madonna up against any 23-year-old, she’ll outwork them, outdance them.”

But Richie added

“And, of course, here you go: I still love her,”

“But she’s retarded, too.”

 So his declaration was some what bitter sweet, oh well.

When they say undisclosed it tends to mean hefty and the Mail on Sunday will be feeling this in their pocket thats for sure.

The damages were awarded after the Mail on Sunday printed pictures of Madonna’s wedding to Guy Ritchie.
You would think that these editors would realize that by publishing photographs in this manner just opens them up to a law suit.

The singers challenged each other to a dance off after going on stage together in a one off performance

Dressed in nothing but knee high boots and lingerie the two stars had just started their performance when Madonna pulled off Lady GaGa’s long blonde wig  and screaming “What the Hell is a disco stick?” this was said while she pretended to strangle the “Love Game” singer.

The shows host did manage to separate the pair at which time the younger singer Lady GaGa turned to Madonna and shouted

 ”Guess what, Madonna, I’m totally hotter than you.”

Madonna responded to this with

“Hey, guess what, I’m taller than you. What sort of a name is Lady GaGa? It sounds like baby food.”

Now that’s entertainment.

The Swedish singer who describes his own music as Eurodance obviously thinks he is a lot bigger than he actually is to come out with such a statement

To quote him he said: “Maybe Madonna can come and hang out with me and I could teach her a thing or two about a pop hit!”
