Eccentric singer Lady Gaga won the number one spot and was crowned Queen of showbiz across the globe, and Twilight hunk Rob, who recently made a list of the richest actors under 30, followed closely behind.

The survery was carried out by US magazine Time and shows the most influencal stars around at the moment.

Before celebrating her birthday Lady GaGa had said “I am going to find the nearest bar that smells like urine and get very drunk. I’m going to be 24. I don’t feel young.”

Then while celebrating her birthday she found the time to thank her fans , Tweeting “Thank you so much for all the beautiful birthday messages, videos, and gifts. The greatest present I’ve been given this year is you. I love u. I’m 24 today, so you know what that means? Let’s raise a glass to 30 more years of writing music and videos for my beautiful little monsters… I’ve never cried so hard in 24 years, from pure joy and unconditional love. Tears are streaming.”

GaGa is being sued for £20.3 million.

In court papers that were made public GaGa’s lawyer has said that the agreement which is at the heart of the suit is in fact “unlawful”.

The suit was filed on Wednesday in Manhattan by song writer and music producer Rob Fusari.

Fusari claims that his former girlfriend (Lady GaGa) and his protégé left him after her career took off.

The lawsuit claims songs such as Paparazzi and Beautiful, Dirty, Rich were co written.

Fusari also claims that he helped her to come up with the stage name Lady GaGa and helped her to get her record deal.

The lawsuit says that Fusari and Lady GaGa had a romantic relationship which became a business partnership in May 2006, in which time the pair created a joint venture called Team Love Child that was meant to promote Lady GaGa’s career. Fusari claims that his share was 20%.

In response to these claims Lady GaGa’s lawyer wrote in his response that the arrangement between the pair was “structured in such a way as to mask its true purpose – to provide to the defendants unlawful compensation for their services as unlicensed employment agents”.

Lady GaGa’s lawyer also wrote that Fusari and the company he had in fact violated statutes which forbids them from “acting as employment agents without a licence and charging Lady Gaga an unlawful fee for their purported services”.

Fusari’s lawyer called this claim “ludicrous”.

“Fusari is a PARTNER in the Team Love LLC with Gaga and her father (through their company Mermaid),” Fusari’s lawyer wrote in an email. “Rob was no more of an ‘agent’ for her than she is a Roman Catholic nun.”

The singer recently insisted she is single and too busy to settle down, despite rumours linking her to pre-fame ex-boyfriend Matthew Williams.

Gaga has admitted in the past to being attracted to both sexes, and now admits she’s open to a same-sex relationship.

She tells Now magazine, “Of course (I could fall for a woman). There are no rules or limits when it comes to love.”

The boys have had they first single one that Brits will know well ‘Everybody in love’ played on the radio for the first time on Monday along with a playlist that included Lady GaGa and Justin Bieber.

The singer insists that she never pulled out of the event as she was never due to be part of it.

After taking time to rest GaGa is set to make a full recovery and is planning to make up her cancelled concert on January 26th.

Bluewater is set to expand its successful collection of biographical comics .

The first edition of the comic will include Lady GaGa and it will be focusing on “culturally relevant celebrities and other pop culture icons.”

Bluewater president Darren G. Davis has said

“There were many who had never picked up a graphic novel or comic book buy our biography titles like Female Force and Political Power. Fame is the natural extension of that trend.”

According to Sunday’s Daily Star, George Maloof, owner The Palms Casino Resort, was “blown away” when the singing sensation performed at the popular destination last month.

Lady GaGA sold out her two shows in December and Maloof is ready to offer the singer a multimillion dollar deal to become a star at The Palms.

Maloof would love nothing better than to have the singer become the headlining nightly act.

Maloof describes GaGa as a perfect fit for his casino and claims that he was impressed when she refused to join him at one of his nightclubs.

Talking to The Daily Star Sunday. Maloof said

“She was just so professional,”

But Mika did say that he would not mind teaming up with her for a song.

Jackson will be performing live during the show on December 6th it will be her only UK performance this year.

On the penultimate show Lady GaGa will be performing her current hit single Bad Romance it will be her first time it would have been performed on UK television.

Lady GaGa claims that by wearing the clothes she does she is not looking to get attention for herself but rather it is her way of letting her fans know that it is ok to be different and be themselves.

“I didn’t fit in in high school, and I felt like a freak. So I like to create this atmosphere for my fans where they feel like they have a freak in me to hang out with, and they don’t feel alone.”

Lady Gaga also said

“I want my fans to know that it’s OK. Sometimes in life you don’t always feel like a winner, but that doesn’t mean you’re not a winner.”

The singers challenged each other to a dance off after going on stage together in a one off performance

Dressed in nothing but knee high boots and lingerie the two stars had just started their performance when Madonna pulled off Lady GaGa’s long blonde wig  and screaming “What the Hell is a disco stick?” this was said while she pretended to strangle the “Love Game” singer.

The shows host did manage to separate the pair at which time the younger singer Lady GaGa turned to Madonna and shouted

 ”Guess what, Madonna, I’m totally hotter than you.”

Madonna responded to this with

“Hey, guess what, I’m taller than you. What sort of a name is Lady GaGa? It sounds like baby food.”

GaGa said “I did appear on the show but I am not going to be a judge. I generally feel uncomfortable judging other artists anyway. I don’t feel that a musician’s life is a contest.”

GaGa also added that she does not like shows that throw new artists straight into the spotlight.
Saying that instead she felt that stars should be helped and take it slow and get lots of help.

She said: “It’s more about growing and struggling and playing live. It would be very uncomfortable for me to judge someone else.”

Lady GaGa has been at the centre of speculation ever since she flashed a little bit too much at Glastonbury which called in to question her gender.

The report asked quite bluntly “Do you have a penis?” and to this Lady GaGa responded “My beautiful vagina is very offended by that question.”

The female reporter not content then came flying back asking again: “Really? So you have a vagina?”

At this point the reporter was shown the door rapido.
