According to E! Online, the Barbadian”s lawyer, Donald Etra, said the singer has requested the order be reduced to a level one.

The new order says the two can have contact as long as Brown doesn”t annoy, molest or harass her, reports News.com.au.

Brown”s lawyer will still have to go to court to have the order officially modified.

In June 2009, Brown, then 20, pleaded guilty to assault and accepted a plea deal that included community service and five years” probation. (ANI)

The “Kiss Kiss” stud claims that the public needs to forgive both for their mistakes, telling that “nobody has the right to place judgment or make any judgment on somebody else’s personal life when they’re not directly involved with them.”

Still battling a negative perception since his battery of ex-girlfriend Rihanna, Brown said, “Whatever his personal life is and I think this goes for me and him — his personal life is his personal life. Like they might be a fan, or might support what they’re doing but like if he plays golf, like that’s his sport, that’s his hobby, that’s his love, that’s what people love him for. They don’t love him for the other stuff that they talking about.”

Brown was dressed stylishly and posed for photos with fans ( yes seems he does still have some!) outside the building.

Brown started the week by attending a cocktail party for the Missoni Menswear Collection.

It has also been reported that the singer has been keeping his eye open to find styles to use in the video for his upcoming single “Pass Out”.

As everyone knows Chris Brown attacked Rihanna last February as was left battered and is now saying that in hindsight she could see the situation developing the warning signs were there.

Rihanna said: “There were control issues, insecurity. When people are insecure they become very controlling and they can get very aggressive and in turn abusive. It doesn’t have to be physical.”

“Like they would say bad stuff to you to make you feel lesser than them just so they would have control in the relationship. It takes a big toll on your emotions and on your everyday life. It changes you.”

In an interview with W magazine Rihanna said “When I was making this album, every day I was in a different mood. Sometimes I was p***ed off, sometimes I was miserable, and every song brings out a different story.”

“It’s still hard to listen to certain songs. Certain ones I couldn’t even record – I’d keep pushing them back.”

‘When the label finally said we had 12 hours to turn in the album, I was like, Okay, I have to record the last song. I just drank some red wine, dimmed the lights, got in the booth and sang it.’

The singer made his way around the crowd trying to encourage them to dance while at the same time making announcements on his hosting mic.

There were ladies a plenty as you would guess from a star filled event with the likes of Lil Wayne, Bow Wow, Flo Rida, Young Jeezy, Elric E Class Prince and DJ Clue in attendance.

On New Year’s Eve Brown went with Bow Wow to a Lady GaGa concert at southern Florida hotspot Fountainbleau Miami Beach after which he went to the hotel’s LIV nightclub.

Following the assault on Rihanna, Brown was sentenced to 180 hours community service and is currently being counselled about the attack.

Briefly the pair reconciled before it was broken off by Rihanna claiming that she had responsibilities as a role model.

Since Brown has spoken to a British newspaper that he feels they could of raised awareness of all issues surrounding the issues of domestic violence if they had managed to stay together.

Speaking to the Times Brown said

“We could have made it bigger by saying, ‘Look, we’re going to work our problems out. We’re going to both get counselling and we’re going to show that domestic violence is wrong’.”

“Being back with me didn’t have to say that, in such situations, the girl should go back to her man even though he might end up killing her. While I could see where she was coming from, I didn’t agree with her. I think it was a drastic statement.”

Brown is set to release a new album recently called Graffiti as his way of trying to get on with his life.

“This is a bad mistake I made, but one that I’m not denying nor running away from. I don’t believe I should let it shatter my life. I’m owning up to the wrongs I’ve done and am working on myself.”

“I’m trying to find the positive amid the negative. I’m urging people to learn from what I did and not take the same route.”

“If I do that – act as an example – then I feel I have no reason to go through the rest of my life with my head hanging down.”

Cash Money records paid alot of money to make sure that Rihanna would attend the party as the guest of honour for their UK launch party.

Once the song from Brown had come on Rihanna got up and stormed out.

The organisers for the party were said to be fuming after they had paid a reported £100,000 on Cristal champagne for their VIP guest.

The party was thrown to launch Jay Sean’s album called All Or Nothing.

Rihanna turned up at the party at about 1am wearing a slinky, cleavage enhancing trouser suit.

She walked up to Jay Sean and apologised for being late soon after she was on the dance floor dancing to Jay Sean hit song Down.

And that was when the DJ spoilt the mood by putting on the Brown track.

“It was a massive night for Jay.

“Getting Rihanna there was the icing on the cake. Who knows what possessed the DJ to start playing Chris? It was such a dumb thing to do. Rihanna had looked ready to party as she chatted with Ice-T. But as soon as that song came on, she sat down and raised her eyebrows.

“She couldn’t believe how insensitive the DJ was. She thought he probably played it to get a reaction. She wanted to leave there and then.”

Cruz has admitted to sending songs to Brown for his upcoming album.

Even though Cruz does not agree with what Brown does he says that he feels that Brown is still an amazing artist and claims that everyone deserves a second chance.

Cruz has said

“I don’t condone what he did. I was disgusted by it. I’m sure most of his fan base are women who will have turned their back on him – and rightly so – but I don’t know.

“He’s still an amazing musician and really talented. Everyone makes mistakes and as long as he’s learnt from it, in terms of music, I’m definitely down for writing music for people.”

The interview was Browns second public appearance since the incident. The first was on Larry King not long after being sentenced.

During the interview Brown has said that he wants a second chance.

Speaking on Hot 97′s Angie Martinez’s show in New York Brown said

“At the end of the day, I’m human. Of course you’re gonna have your thoughts and opinions. I’m not gonna say they’re wrong. But at the end of the day, it’s not right to judge someone,”

During the interview Brown spoke about many different subjects including his love for Rihanna.

Brown also claimed that he was respecting her privacy saying

“People make mistakes all the time. I’m learning from my mistakes every day and I regret it every second,”

“Honestly, I would just like to get past it. At the end of the day, I’m sorry for what I did, whatever it is. Only me and shortly know what went down in the car, it’s between us.”

Speaking to his fans Brown said

“I won’t let you down anymore. That was one of the most embarrassing things for me, because of my image and who I was as a young role model to a lot of kids. It was hard for me.”

Surprisingly Brown revealed that the first person to contact him in February just after the assault was actor Will Smith.

Brown commented on this saying “As a young black man myself, I need older black male role models to step in and kind of mold me – not people bashing me, ’cause that’s not how you learn from mistakes,”
