Actor Robert Pattinson admits to the Sunday Times magazine that he only signed a three movie deal.

Pattinson explains ‘Originally, I did a three-picture deal, but I wasn’t even really thinking about that…

‘I had no idea that I’d still be working on it now.’

Pattinson says that he is still in shock over the success of the Twilight saga and never expected them to be as big as they are.

‘It’s been a little frightening, In England no-one had heard of the series when I went for the audition, so it has been a total, utter surprise.’

Pattinson admits that he didn’t have a clue what he was letting himself in for when he agreed to play the role of vampire Edward Cullen.
