COURTNEY LOVE’s manager has rubbished reports that Love wants Robert Pattinson to play the role of her late husband, Kurt Cobain, in a planned biopic.

The manager insists he doubts that Love is even aware of the TWILIGHT star.

Recent British tabloid reports suggested Love wanted Pattinson and Scarlett Johansson to play the leads in a new movie about her life with the tragic Nirvana star – but the rocker’s manager Jonathan Daniel has laughed off the idea of the actor portraying Cobain.

He tells Spin.com, “That’s an amazing story, and the first I’ve heard of any of this… I’m not sure she (Love) knows who RPattz (sic) is, but he sure is cute.”

But Daniel refuses to rule out the idea of Johansson playing Love: “Courtney likes Scarlett Johansson as an actress and as a person, so it wouldn’t surprise me if she wanted her to play her.”
