Singer Robbie Williams has said that he is unsure if he would have made it to the final stages of X Factor and he believes that some of the contestants on the show are able to sing better than him.

Williams will be performing his new single “Bodies” on the show on Sunday, which is a big thing for the singer as it will be his first UK performance in three years.

Speaking to The Sun Williams has said he would not be able to beat some of  the other contestants.

 ”I would definitely have entered The X Factor if I was a kid now. Of course I would have.

“I’d be excited and overwhelmed by the opportunity of getting through one of the rounds.

“It would be the only format to do that for someone like me.

“My voice isn’t as good as some of these people competing. I might not have got through because I am lucky if I can get through a song and I’ve sung it in key.

“These people can really f****** sing.”

Williams will be a mentor to the final 12 acts but he is worried that will have nothing to say and no advice to give to them.

“I’ve got to go and do mentoring and I haven’t got a clue what I am going to say,”
