The Aussie singer is reeling after being betrayed by ex-model Maddy Ford, 30, who revealed they had a brief fling after his divorce from Katie Price. Having been faithful to Katie, 31, during their four-year marriage and waiting seven months before starting a new relationship Pete has once again sworn off women.

He said: “Yes, I had sex – but only after my divorce came through, and I always said that I would not think about moving on until after my divorce was finalised. I dipped my toe back into the water and got badly burnt. What a mistake that was!

“I’m gutted. But I’ve got it out of my system. I don’t want to go there with anyone else again now, not unless I know it’s serious.

“The children are my priority, and always will be – not a new woman.”
