Just two short weeks into her Wonder world tour the singer/actress is sick with strep throat.

During for performance of her hit song “7 things” in Salt Lake city Cyrus had to run off stage and have what the stage manager called a medical moment. But 15 minutes after running off stage Cyrus returned to finish the performance.

On Tuesday Cyrus twittered

“Woke up with a sore throat = Why am I always sick?”

“Strep is the worst thing ever.”

In the afternoon Cyrus was tweeting again

“Laying in bed with @mommytish,”

“She is my patience, my peace, and my LOVE. She is a miracle worker. Her ‘cuddle time’ is the best medicine. ”

She has taken to calling her dad Billy Ray Cyrus Dr Dad and with him wearing a blonde wig and surgical mask if laughter is the best medicine then this won’t hurt.

Yesterday Cyrus was twittering again about her dad and sister saying

“These are the times that my daddy REALLY comes in handy,”

“He made me smile through the worst pain I’ve ever felt.”

“Nurse Noah is taking good care of me tonight,”
