Miley Cyrus and Vanessa Hudgens have both recently been the subject of fake nude pictures and the FBI is not pleased by all accounts.

The FBI in the past have warned that anyone circulating pictures of under aged girls famous or not is a criminal offense and that the FBI will pursue the culprits.

The question is what happens when an underage actress face is super imposed on to a body of some one just over the legal age.

The FBI it seems make no distinction, by giving the impression that you are showing an underage person in the nude even if it is on an adults body is still illegal.

Miley Cyrus is still underage under USA law and Vanessa Hudgens was underage in the photos taken of her.

That Hudgens is now of legal age is irrelavent if the pictures used of her were taken when she was underage.

So be warned you perverts, stop doing this to children, they are underage and the FBI is watching
