A leaked report that was received by the Associated Press is reported to claim that Jackson was in good health before his death.

Jackson’s post mortem report claimed that the singer’s arms were covered in punctures also his face and neck were scarred . But apart from that his overall health was fine before the overdose.

It was also revealed that Jackson had tattooed eyebrows and lips,

The leaked report came from the Los Angeles County coroner’s office and says that the star who was 50 years old at the time of his death was in good physical health for a man of his age.

The report goes on further to claim that his heart , kidneys and most of his major internal organs were normal.

Jackson did however have arthritis in his lower spine and chronically inflamed lungs.

Although the lung condition could leave the star short of breathe at times it is not thought to have been serious enough to be a direct factor in his death.

Dr Zeev Kain who is chairman of the anesthesiology department at the University of California reviewed a copy of the leaked report and said to the Associated Press that

“His overall health was fine,”

“The results are within normal limits.”
