For her second directorial project Madonna will be directing an historical drama which will be based on the life of the former King of England Edward VIII.

Edward VIII abdicated his throne in 1936 so that he could marry the love of his life twice divorced American Wallis Simpson.

For this movie Madonna will be giving her daughter Lourdes a cameo role.

A source has told The Sun newspaper “She’s arranged for a small role for Lourdes. It’s not a significant part but it will give her a good taste of life in the movie business. Lourdes has made it clear she wants some kind of career in the entertainment industry and her mum is more than happy to help.

“She’s already an incredible dancer thanks to years of classes and she’s also been having singing training.”
