Lindsay Lohan to miss court apperance thanks to stolen passport
Lindsay Lohans lawyer has revealed that the actresss will miss a mandatory court appearance today due to her being stuck in France.
Attorney Shawn Chapman Holley spoke to ABC7 and told them that Lohan’s passport was stolen while she was attending the Cannes Film Festival. It was said that Lohan has an appointment today at the American embassy to replace it.
Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel ordered the 23-year-old actress to appear in a Beverly Hills courtroom for a progress report on her probation stemming from two arrests in 2007.
Lohan has been on probation since pleading guilty to misdemeanour drug charges and no contest to three driving charges.
Ms Revel could issue a bench warrant for Lohan’s arrest for missing the hearing.
