Not long after ending her marriage to Peter Andre and starting a relationship with cage fighter Alex Reid ,Katie has admitted after more than ten years her split from singer Dane Bowers is still her most painful break up.

Speaking to OK Magazine Katie said

“I’ve always said that when I split up from Dane, that was the worst break-up I’ve ever had in my life,” Katie revealed. “I did the overdose, and from that day I always said I’d never, ever, ever let a man do that to me again.

I know people find it hard to believe but when you’ve been hurt that bad and it takes two years to get over someone, I can’t let emotion get to me.”

Bet that Peter is glad to hear that then.
