Yesterday Katie Price was ordered to pay damages to her ex-husband Peter Andre for wrongly accusing him of having an affair with his manager Claire Powell.

It is being reported by the Mirror that Price is set to pay substantial damages for the hurt and upset caused by her claim.

Price made her accusation on Graham Norton’s show last year , the remark was edited out of the show but guests had still heard them and then as is the tradition these days word of mouth took over and the comment went globel.

In High Court an apology was read out in which Price admitted that what she said was “completely untrue”.

Powell later said “It was just a lie. But it upset me, it upset my fiancé and it upset Pete.”
