Kate Beckinsale to play Princess Margaret
KATE BECKINSALE has been lined up to play Princess Margaret in the story of the Queen’s late sister’s alleged love affair with a notorious gangster.
It will show how the Princess apparently fell for actor/gangster John Bindon’s legendary rough charms after meeting him on her Caribbean playground, the island of Mustique.
The 36-year old English actress, best-known for her roles in Pearl Harbour and Serendipity has been pinned down for the part by producer Patrick Milling Smith.
“It’s got all the ingredients for a fun and controversial British film,” said Terence Doyle, editor of British Film Magazine.
