Harry Potter actor Josh Herdman who played bully Gregory Goyle was kicked out of his hotel room after a public drunken romp with a half naked blonde female.

Herdman is no stranger to upsetting fans, after previously turning up to a convention drunk and going into a string of foul mouthed abuse.

Herdman was being paid to appear at the Collectormania convention in Copenhagen, but during the flight to the city Herdman got drunk and unfortunately he continued drinking once he had landed.

On this incident he had to be seen and treated by paramedics when the 48 hour incident ended.
