Actress Kristen Prout is reportedly going to be playing the role of vampire Lucy in the third instalment of the Twilight Saga Eclipse.

Prout’s spokesperson has spoken to E! News confirming this.

Prout is probably best known for her roles as Jennifer Garner’s protégé in Elektra and Amanda on ABC Family’s Kyle XY.

She will join the cast of Eclipse which we know include the likes of Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner on the locked down set in Vancouver.

Prout’s character plays an important part in Jasper’s background.

But in case you haven’t read the book I won’t say anymore.
