This year we welcome the return of Dancing On Ice, here is a list of the confirmed contestants for this year.

Andy Akinwolere.

Andy is 29 he was a former Blue Peter presenter, about Dancing On Ice: ‘I’m not sure I’m ready for spandex and Lycra! I’m a bit worried about my bottom sticking out.’

Akinwolere will be skating with Maria Filippov.

Chemmy Alcott,

Chemmy Alcott is 29 year old British NO 1 skier. About dancing On ice she says: ‘I’m a very uninhibited dancer. I’m one of these people who hits a club, dancing wildly, and you’re like: “Good on her, but let’s not copy it.”‘

Alcott will be dancing with Sean Rice.

Rosemary Conley

Conley is a 65 year old diet and fitness guru. About Dancing On Ice she has said ‘Dancing On Ice has made me feel I’m 25 again!’

Conley will be skating with Mark Hanratt.

Jennifer Ellison

Ellison is a 28 year old actress who was Formerly on Brookside and is a fitness DVD star.
About Dancing On Ice Ellison has said ‘I couldn’t cook when I went into Hell’s Kitchen and I did pretty well at that. I just need to learn to skate and I’ll be OK’

Ellison will be skating with Dan Whiston.

Corey Feldman

Actor Feldman now 40 was an 80s heartthrob. About Dancing On Ice he has said ‘I’m scared of hurting myself. When it comes to paper cuts I’ll cry all day! I’ve a low pain threshold.’

Feldman will be skating with Brooke Castille.

Sebastien Foucan
Foucan is a 37 year old actor and also founder of freerunning.
About Dancing On Ice Foucan has said ‘Free running on land is very different to on ice, so I don’t know if I can do any moves.’

Foucan will be skating with Brianne Delcourt.

Chesney Hawkes

Hawkes with a pop legend in the 90′s. The now 40 year old star has this to say about Dancing On ice’The costumer designer asked: “So you don’t mind showing a bit of breast?” and I was like: “No, not at all!”

Hawkes will be skating with Jodeyne Higgins.

Laila Morse

Morse is best known for her role of Big Mo in Eastenders. Morse now 66 had this to say ‘People think I’m mad skating at my age but it’s a challenge. I can’t wait for the sparkles and false eyelashes.’

Morse will be skating with Lukasz Rozychi.

Matthew Wolfenden

Wolfenden plays David Metcalfe in Emmerdale, the 24 year old actor said ‘My fiancée Charley told me for years I should give this a bash.’
Wolfenden will be skating with Nina Ulanova.

Jorgie Porter

24 year old Hollyoaks star Porter has said ‘I think I did lose a little bit of weight when I first started and I’ve started to notice my bottom, legs and thighs are all toned.’

Porter will be skating with Matt Evers.

Sam Nixon

Nixon, 25 is a former Pop Idol contestant and 50 per cent of duo Sam and Mark.

Nixon had this to say about being on Dancing on Ice ‘Doing spins terrifies me because I get so dizzy so quickly.’

Nixon will be skating with Alexandra Schauma.

Heidi Range

Range,28 is from Sugababes. The singer said ‘I’m still going to the gym. I went after my first costume fitting because I thought: “You’re going to be in Lycra on HD TV!”‘

Range will be skating with French skater Sylvain Longchambon.

Mark Rhodes

Rhodes,30 is Ex-Pop Idol star and half of duo Sam and Mark.Rhodes said ‘Sam’s lying if he won’t admit we want to outdo each other.’
Rhodes will be skating with Frankie Poultney.

Charlene Tilton

Tilton, 53 is best known for her role as Lucy Ewing in Dallas. Tilton has said ‘My goal is to have Jayne Torvill’s butt. I’ll put a picture of her tush on my refigerator for inspiration!’

Tilton will be skating with Matt Gonzalez.

Andy Whyment

Andy Whyment,30 is best known for his role of Kirk Sutherland in Coronation Street.Sutherland has said ‘I’m definitely not getting a spray tan. I’m all about natural. It’s absolutely not happening!’

Sutherland will be skating with Vicky Ogden.
