Adding more insults to ex husband Ashley Cole’s world cup woes Cheryl Cole has been whisked away on a secret romantic holiday by Derek Hough.

Cole was told to head to Londons Heathrow airport where it was revealed that they were off to Tanzania in Africa.

Cole was simply told to take her passport and that everything would be revealed at the airport

Derek’s stepfather Aaron Nelson said that Derek wanted to get away from it all with his new love.

He said: “They are going somewhere very exotic, very picturesque and it will be a nice break for them.

“It will be one of those dream, romantic holidays that you take when you are just starting out on a relationship. Derek is totally in love with that girl and wants to spend as much time as he can with her.”

Derek is believed to have picked the east African country after Cheryl told him she fell in love with the area following her charity climb up Mount Kilimanjaro last year.
