Brian Littrell has been diagnosed with swine flu which has forced the band to cancel promotional activities lined up to promote their new album This Is Us.

In a statement Littrell said

“We were really looking forward to spending time with our closest fans and friends in NYC,” Littrell says in a statement. “I hope we can come back soon and do everything we can to help.”

The other members of the band have all been given the all clear and have been prescribed Tamiflu
